Got a call from the vet this morning about Ginger's biopsy results. The bad news is the belly lump they removed was grade 2 mammary cancer, but the good news is they got clear margins and there's no signs of lymph node spread! *Considering the aggressive nature of mammary cancer, she will need further treatment to lower the chances of recurrence and future spread Bringing her back in for a checkup as soon as I'm able and will seek guidance on next steps. Thank you guys SO much for your wellness wishes and support!! 💖💖 This has been such an emotional roller coaster, I've been so scared for my sweet baby 😭 Please give your touch-loving pets extra pets and kisses for me! EDIT: Found another lump on her belly and realized her incision is infected...taking her in tomorrow. I'm so anxious and tired ;~;
